The Deep State's War on American Democracy.

Last year the Deep State pretended that it didn't exist but that was before it's interests were threatened.  Now it has begun using the tools it feels most comfortable with to destroy a democratically elected president because they didn't like how the election went.  This is understandable because the last election was very much directed at them.  

When Trump supporters took up the full throated cry of, "Drain the swamp!"  The  toads and mosquitoes said, "hey that's our home you're talking about!  You guys are fucking idiots!  You NEED us!"

Right now they are using their weapons of choice, feeding leaks to reporters to try and erode support for the president.  Now that is in itself nothing new.  Everyone in government leaks up to and including the president himself.  "The ship of state is the only ship that leaks from the top down."

But and this is the important part, it was always personal before.  Somebody had an axe to grind.  Somebody was dealing with a threat to his department.  Somebody was leaking to look after their own interests.  

What we have now is leaking to protect the interests of an entire class.  The Deep State class.  Statist in outlook and determined to protect all of their own.  Their mutual interests cut across political lines.

On Wednesday, former CIA officer and 2016 presidential candidate Evan McMullin declared on CNN and Twitter that it was right for intelligence officials to leak illegally, because they had sworn an oath to protect the Constitution and the country. He described the president as a “security threat.”

In case you've forgotten, Egg McMuffin ran as a Republican.  And he is backing the betrayal of an American President.  Stupid Egg McMuffin.

In times past the Deep State didn't need to make it's presence felt.  Indeed it felt that doing so would work against it's interests as Americans don't particularly like to be ruled by a secret conspiratorial cabal of rich north-easterners. The problem for the deep state is that they always were able to work through democratic proxies before.  The Democrats to be exact.  The problem is that their best beloved Obama, left the Democratic Party broken and impotent.  Plan B was always worm their way into Republican administrations.  

Today however, they are in a position where they can't do that.  The GOP members of the deep state went all in against Trump and did it so openly that he was put in a position where he couldn't realistically hire them even if he had wanted to.  Which made the outraged jowl flapping by the Republicans who had signed that letter and then weren't getting calls from Trump to come work for him absolutely side splitting. 

But for the first time ever the Deep State Class is completely unrepresented in an executive branch that is actively hostile to it's interests.   And so they have finally revealed themselves and their naked contempt for the American Citizen.


Why is that treason never prospers?  Because if it prospers none dare to call it treason!

am i surprised that a former CIA operative is functioning in direct opposition to the Lawfully elected President of these United States, whilst accusing that President of Treason? while fulfilling all of the components of Treason via his own actions?

We may amend, append or void *any* part of the Constitution which We choose. We even have multiple Constitutionally defined methods of doing so.

We are not bound by the Constitution, nor by any more modern constraints from the Communist Manifesto, such as he wishes to honor.
