President Trump Achievements Earned

This list got accidently posted wen I thought I was saving. Ah well.

President Trump is now a third of the way into his first one hundred days in office. Time for a month report card.

This list is from Town hall. And while I disagree with the order of some of them, it's a pretty solid list.

The annotations are mine.

10) Freezing all Federal Hiring Outside of the Military:

I'm afraid this is only half an achievement. While it is true that Obama's hiring orgy changed the American civil service from an entrenched bureaucracy into the American Deep State.  The real work begins when his administration turns these hirees into firees.

9) Pulling Support for the Obama Drive to Force Women to Allow Men in Their Bathrooms:

This was when where the American Deep State finaly lost America. Well that and and the fifty shades of gender thing.  At that point they were obviously too fucking crazy to be allowed to keep any of the reins of government.

8) Reinstating The Mexico City Policy

America has the worst abortion laws on the planet and short of a SCOTUS decision or an even more unlikely constitutional amendment there is nothing we can do about it. But we sure as hell didn't need to export this obscenity.

7) Ordered Federal Agencies To Cut Two Regulations For Every New One They Propose:

6) Putting Out An Executive Order Asking The DOJ And Homeland Security to Withhold “Federal Funds, Except As Mandated By Law” From Sanctuary Cities:

Municipal rights count for something I suppose but damned if my tax dollars need to pay for their disastrous social experiment.

5) Approving The Dakota Access Pipeline And The Keystone Pipeline:

HA! HA! HA! HA! (*gasp...wheez...gasp*) HA! HA! HA! HA!

4) Killing The Trans-Pacific Partnership Trade Deal:

This in my opinion should have been number one. I jumped up and applauded when I heard about it.   TPP had one ultimate purpose. Create a Pacific Rim EU with America as it's charter member. It didn't start that way of course but then neither did the EU. That abortion started life as the European Common Market, a simple trade organization nothing more, it's founders soothed the concerned voices of it's various members while laughing off the belief that it was trying to create a single Europe government. Look at it now.

Mister President, I will love you forever for strangling this monster in it's cradle.

3) Undermining Obamacare:

Obamacare was undermining itself quite nicely as it was but the process needed to be sped along while there is still a political will to do something about it.

2) Ordering The Construction Of The Border Wall:

It was the keynote stump speech that the president always made and it was a smart one. The legislative framework had long since been in place so the only thing needed was a go order.  There was nothing the opposition could do to stop it.  Hell, they can't even protest it because that means going to the desert and fuck that.

1) Selecting Neil Gorsuch For The Supreme Court:

If there is only one thing I grateful to Barack Obama for it is the absolutely toxic relationship he built up over eight years with GOP. He made things so bad that even McConnel found a spine and took the unprecedented step of stonewalling a Supreme Court appointee.

All in all a good list and a good start.
